General membership meetings are typically held the second Wednesday of even numbered months: February, April, June, August, September, and December. On occasion there may be a weekend meeting. Watch The Forum the previous month for notification.
For most meetings a potluck meal begins at 6:30 pm and the business meeting begins at 7, followed by "show 'n tell," and then a demonstration or activity starting around 8 (times approximate).
