Small batch nickel plating and porcelain work - vendors needed

Unread post by Darryl Ponder » Sun Mar 15, 2015 3:57 pm

I am going to be restoring an old 1920's Garland stove and will need to get some parts nickel plated and some others porcelained (if that's even a word).

Anyone have any nickel plating and small batch porcelain shops they know of or have used that are located in the Twin Cities area?

Regards,

Darryl

I've heard Brinkmans and J & D Custom Plating (both in St. Paul) do really good quality nickel plating for old house hardware. Might be cost-prohibitive if the stove parts add up to a lot of surface area, though. Maybe an auto or motorcycle shop would have better resources?
