Hi Dan, I've been working on a ribbon forge for awhile now. It is up and running but I haven't worked with it enough to learn it very well. I've got the instructions that I went by for building it, and I learned a few things along the way. I'd be glad to help you out in any way I can. Will you be at the Guild Christmas party on the 11th?

I've been using a ribbon burner I built at the Chicago Ave Fire Arts Center for a while. It has a PID controller for the temperature which is helpful for heat treating. If you'd like to see a test run call me.
