Oxy/Acetylene Welding Class 2026
An event every day that begins at 8:00 am, repeating until October 11, 2026
Class level: Intermediate (To have the best chance of success with an Intermediate class, prospective students should have practiced and achieved proficiency in the skills taught in the Beginners Blacksmithing Class.
Class Description: New to gas welding? Just want to brush up on your basic skills? This class focuses on safety and hands-on learning. Students will be working at individual stations on a shared workbench, with equipment and stock provided. If time permits, bonus demonstrations will show advanced techniques and uses of the oxy/acetylene torch. Tools and equipment will be supplied.

Lunch Arrangements: Pack a lunch or restaurants in the area along with fast food and convenience stores. Bring plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated during the class.

Minors (under 18) must have a parent present. Minors under 14 need one adult per child. There will be no sharing of forges.
Acceptance will be in the order submitted, based on the online transaction date or the date of phone contact. Each person will be notified individually.
